Graphic Designer (2D/3D) for Paid Social

Paintgun is on a mission to revolutionize how digital ads are produced by creators and teams, launched by technology, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers.

Tasks

• Take an active role in the whole creative process from ideation to delivery in weekly sprints
• Independently conceptualise, challenge, and execute on a brief
• Design 2D & 3D visual content that sets us apart by outshining other content and increasing conversion
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks within timelines
• Collaborate with the team and the client by both giving and receiving feedback in a constructive & critical manner
• Contribute to and advance our standing through high-quality deliverables

Requirements

• Must be an Adobe Suite expert (primarily: Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Experience working in Figma
• Experience working in a 3D software such as Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D
• Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads
• Based in Berlin and can work with our team from our Neuk lln office
• Experience working with FinTech clients is a huge plus
• Passion for the start-up space with a focus on copywriting and a demonstrable understanding of the market and trends
• A solution-driven personality, proactive in being able to influence creative decision-making to better drive our KPIs and social metrics
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
