For their Headquarters in Bern (Switzerland), they are looking for a User Experience & User Interface Specialist to join their International Customer Experience Team . In this role, you will be responsible for the content, structure, and functionality of their valued-added Customer Applications, to guarantee a User Optimal Orientation. Developing Content Prototypes for Digital Platforms, conducting Focus groups & Surveys to understand user behavior, and participating in Agile teams as a UI/UX referent for deployment & acceptance, will be just some of your exciting tasks.
You are primarily concerned with information architecture, page hierarchies, the conception and categorization of content as well as navigation and data flows. In addition, rankings in search engines such as Google and Microsoft Bing are always an important point.
Do you enjoy leading the driving force in the strategic development of UX? Jira, Confluence, Figma & Miro are among your best friends? Do you speak German & English fluently, and would like to take part in a dynamic & creative Team? Then this role is for you!
