We are currently looking for an IT Operations (f/m/x) intern or IT Operations (f/m/x) Working Student. You will support our IT Team in their daily work. This position is considered between 20 and 40 hours a week.

Requirements

Tasks:

• Together with the IT Team you support the internal customers in all IT-relevant questions.
• You support our employees in solving simple usage and application problems as well as system malfunctions.
• You are responsible for installation, configuration, and uninstallation of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac) and applications.
• You assist with the installation and optimization of the desk equipment in the office.
• Also you support with general documentation and optimization of our internal IT processes and projects.
• You research hardware and software solutions for improvement of the status quo and new challenges ahead.

Must have:

• You are enrolled in or have already completed a study with focus on computer science.
• Ideally you have first experience in the field of administration.
• You enjoy developing new solutions and the optimization of complex IT landscapes.
• For this role you need to have a strong solution orientation as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
• We need you to speak English and German fluently.
