Tasks

What you'll be doing:

• Vision and strategy

• Drive requirements discovery across teams of Business Analysts, Marketing and Engineering.

• Develop realistic roadmaps to deliver value incrementally, by working with Engineering Manager to understand resource availability.

• Articulate product vision and strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Execution

• Act as authority of product knowledge, with support from domain experts such as Business Analysts, UX Designers and Engineering.

• Write clear, detailed and comprehensive jira tickets.

• Lead sprint planning. Provide prioritisation, with input from Engineering. Rally teams to work towards a common goal.

• Track development progress. Support and hold teams accountable. Provide timely feedback to Engineering Manager.

• Organisational Maturity

• Act as a role model in professionalism, accountability and excellence.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and ways of working as we scale up further.

• Mentor and support junior members of the Product Management team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Product Management role practising Agile process
• Experience with business or enterprise clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of non-functional product requirements such as performance and security
• Good understanding of Software Development concepts such as CI/CD and tech-debt
• Good understanding of product UX design principles.

The following are not essential but would be well-received by us in respect to this role:

• Strong technical background
• Experience as a multi-tenant SaaS provider
• Experience in transport/travel industry
