We have an opportunity for Senior Technical Support Specialist with German language skills to join our multicompetence international team in Katowice, supporting key industrial Customers throughout Europe.

Tasks

Senior Technical Support Specialist (with German) responsibilities:

  • Handling internal and external customer related issues and concerns
  • Point of escalation for Level Specialists
  • Develop FAQ's, guides and "How-To" videos on hardware and software applications
  • Support the development of internal documentation

Requirements

What makes you the ideal candidate?

  • High School Diploma
  • Significant experience of working in customer and/or technical support
  • Knowledge or understanding of electronics and computer concepts
  • Business fluent written and spoken German
  • Communicative English
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
