Cardiomatics is a digital health company developing software for automated ECG (electrocardiogram) interpretation. Software consists of web-application and algorithms leveraging state-of-the art technologies as deep neural networks. Our mission is to bring advanced cardiac diagnostics closer to patients by employing cloud and machine learning.

Cardiomatics team consists of 40+ people: software developers, data scientists, quality assurance, analysts, sales managers, marketing and customer success. Our users are physicians. But not only cardiologists. According to our mission we deploy Cardiomatics also in primary care. Our software fits nicely with either small practices (single physician) as hospitals or even networks of hospitals.

Tasks

  • Building a high performing sales team for a DACH region
  • Reaching their own individual targets until the team will be up and running
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clinics, hardware manufacturers, diagnostics centres and distributors
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Working closely with Commercial and Marketing Team

Requirements

  • Proven individual sales experience with deals in the range of 15-100k ARR
  • Geographical experience in DACH region
  • Track record indicates successful achievement of given sales targets
  • Ability to build own sales materials and tweak them as needed to address right trigger points with prospective customers
  • Past experience of building up and managing a sales team
  • Native German
  • Engineering/business background
  • Availability to travel occasionally (ca. 25% of working time)
  • Nice to have: prior experience working in the med-tech industry
