Deine T tigkeit bei uns

Als Support- und Entwicklungsspezialist f r deutschsprachige Kunden (m/w/d) wirst Du Mitglied unseres internationalen Customer Experience Teams (CX) und uns funktions bergreifend bei der weiteren Etablierung unseres Business Coachings in EMEA unterst tzen.

Du bist verantwortlich f r die CX-seitige Betreuung unserer Coachees und Coaches in einer zweigeteilten Rolle.

Kundenbetreuung

• Bestm gliche Kundenbetreuuung als Single Point of Contact f r alle deutschsprachigen Coachees und Coaches sowie englischsprachige Kunden in der gesamten EMEA-Region
• Begleitung der Coachees von Beginn bis zum Ende Ihrer Coachingprogramme
• Aufbau einer engen Kundenbeziehung mit unseren Platform-Nutzern und Unterst tzung bei allen Inbound-Anfragen via eMail und Chat, im Outbound im Bedarfsfall auch via Videocall
• Starker Fokus auf die L sung komplexer technischer Anfragen
• Eigenverantwortliche Nachverfolgung aller technischen Vorf lle
• Proaktive Kontaktierung von Coachees und Coaches, um diesen Unterst tzung anzubieten
• Nutzung digitaler Anwendungen wie Zendesk, Confluence und Jira

Prozessentwicklung und technische Innovationen

• Recherche und Analyse komplexer Daten
• Abrufen von Kundenr ckmeldungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots
• Erarbeitung neuer L sungen und Prozesse
• Eigenst ndige Abwicklung von Spezialprojekten

Deine Profil

• Du kannst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer zumindest anteilig technisch ausgerichteten Support-Rolle einbringen
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten internationalen Arbeitsumfeld; ein schnell wachsendes Start-Up ist von Vorteil
• Du bist sicher im Trouble-Shooting, insbesondere f r Software
• Dein Deutsch und Englisch ist hervorragend
• Du interessierst Dich f r Themen wir Business Coaching, Systemisches Coaching und Psychologie
• Du besitzt eine Arbeitserlaubnis f r Deutschland oder aber die Europ ische Union
