- Lead QM business processes discussion with stakeholders and recommend the best possible processes and solutions.
- At least 6 years of hands-on design, configuration, and testing experience in SAP Quality Management (QM), modules
- Responsible for deploying QM system to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for QM process
- Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core QM solution and ensure it works seamlessly
- Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop the right client solution
- Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients and fellow consultants, informal and ad hoc settings
- Be a problem solver
- Identify, investigate, and/or confirm reported issues
- Determine the source of the issue and coordinate its resolution
