Tasks

• Managing the business deployment of E2E finance processes based on SAP Best Practices
• Managing the communication between the project team and the impacted business users
• Ensures functional requirements are understood and agreed across the organization
• Ensures functional requirements are understood and agreed upon across the organization and all other systems needed to execute the E2E process in cooperation with functional experts
• Coordinates the implementation of training with the finance and SAP process experts
• Manages the knowledge transfer from the appointed systems integrator to the company's finance business users and super user
• Participates in project governance meetings as the finance business E2E representative
• Responsible for ensuring the newly defined SAP process
• documentation (incl. flows) and business specification are delivered according to the company's quality standards

Requirements

• Experience as functional consultant lead in the area of Finance and Controlling (FICO)
• Deep understanding of SAP Processes: Accounting and financial close, Financial operations, Cost mgmt. and profitability analysis, Enterprise risk and compliance, Consolidation
• Experience in design and modelling of business processes
• S/4HANA Finance implementation experience Greenfield and/or Brownfield
• University degree or equivalent education
• Strong communication and moderation skills in English is mandatory. German or French as a plus
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage trade-offs between conflicting interests
• Ability to manage a network of finance sub-process experts within the company
• Experience in the automation and digitization of finance processes based on SAP S/4HANA
• Creativity and ability to find innovative and pragmatic solutions
• Experience in S/4 HANA Private cloud implementations
• Pharma/GxP knowledge
• SAP Activate methodology
