6-8 yrs PeopleSoft Pension experience

Scope of Work:
The Core-CT Human Resource team needs to supplement its team with an experienced consultant to assist with the Benefits module handling development and conversion around benefit plans. The consultant must also have knowledge of all integration points between HR, Payroll, Pension and Benefits. Preferred knowledge of public sector accounting and principles

Specific Services Required:

  • Must have experience with integration functionality between HR, Benefits, Payroll and Pension with benefit plan set up.

Activities:

  • Assist in the development of new set up plan and conversion of benefit plans.
  • Assist in integration with the new plan set up with HR, Payroll and Pension.
  • Assist developers with unit, integration and validation testing.
  • Assist in development and or troubleshoot for HR, payroll, Pension and Benefits.
  • Willingness to share knowledge in these areas.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with PeopleSoft applications and the following tools: PeopleTools 8.56, Component Interfaces, SQR, BI Publisher and PLSQL Developer.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Strong analytical, written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge with functional and development staff.
