Product Designer (m/f/x)

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Product Designer (m/f/x) to join the growing product team in Berlin as a part-time employee. The role is ideal for anyone with first experience in that field who wants to become a part of a fast growing startup early.

This is your mission

In your role you will be working closely with our Product Manager. Your tasks and projects will be diverse and include (but are not limited to) the following ones:

• Build and maintain our UI library
• Design detailed user flows to extend and improve the UX of our product
• Analyze and define user problems together with our Product Manager and Engineers
• Create prototypes to test ideas for our customers and users
• Ensure the quality and usability of features
• Support the execution and evaluation of our user research

Your profile

• You have a hands-on mentality and take action
• You have 1+ years of experience in product design, ideally in an agile startup environment
• You have experience with working in Figma or similar tools
• You have an eye for good UI and an in-depth understanding of UX
• You make informed design decisions based on user feedback and company goals
• You re a human-centered and hands-on problem solver
• You re flexible, self-driven, and have a well-organized workflow
• You re a team player and are able to communicate your ideas and feedback in a clear and appreciative manner
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• You live in Berlin or surrounding area and are able to come to the office at least once a week
