Designation: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hartford, CT
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of relevant experience in Information Technologies.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in designing and implementing complex ITSM, App Engine solutions with integrations and setting up instances.
2 years of proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM/ CMDB/ Custom applications/integrating with several 3rd party applications.
Experience in development/configuration on the ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub, configuring email options and Mid Server
At least few distinct integrations experience like any of the following - workday, Pager duty, Azure, slack, SAP
Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill.
Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation
Proven experience with key technologies relevant to any of the ServiceNow integration solutions such as SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe solutions with a business focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent customer facing skill- Customer relationship, project Management and communication skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Good Communication and Analytical skills.
Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
