Your role:

• Support our great team: You support the full scope of HR and will be our first point of contact for employees and leaders. You conduct onboarding, lead feedback cycles, support interviewing, and coach through promotions and offboarding.
• Manage documents and payroll: Create employment contracts, templates, and other legal documents as well as prepare the monthly payroll with our external tax office.
• Create and implement scalable processes and tools: You challenge and innovate on our engagement, learning & development, and retention strategies. You build up a data-driven way of working and gain deep insight into our people s experiences through surveys and feedback from the team. You create detailed reports and dashboards on HR analytics for the team and leadership.
• Make an impact and build scalable processes: You become an expert and develop strategies in different fields like diversity and inclusion initiatives, Learning, and Development, process optimization, etc.
• Offer a great candidate experience: You are one of the first contacts for our applicants and take care of the candidate experience along the whole recruitment process and improve it over time.
• Employee engagement: Help us organize awesome gatherings, and team events and find ways to keep employee satisfaction on top with the help of regular surveys, and create a great employee experience.

Our Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in a People role, ideally within a startup environment
• Good decision-making skills with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment
• Degree in Economics, Business Psychology or Human Resource Management or comparable
• Good Knowledge and understanding of German labor law
• Previous experience implementing & developing HR processes
• Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with team and high-level efficiency and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
• High attention to detail used in creating, editing, and amending workplace documents
