Your role and goals

Productsup is a Berlin-based company with a strong international customer base. Our EMEA Sales Team is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for the Benelux & Nordics market. We ve built a great cross-functional team for this market and are looking to continue to build upon that success this year.

As an Enterprise Account Executive - Benelux & Nordics, you will:

  • Create new opportunities in all segments with a focus on Enterprise clients (over 1,000 employees) through prospecting, networking, etc. Primary focus is to acquire new logos in the region
  • Effectively sell the value proposition of Productsup to key stakeholders within the account, while navigating a complex sales cycle
  • Lead territory building initiatives in the Benelux & Nordics region by working with technology partners, solutions partners, product management networking groups and participate to regional events to drive awareness, educate the market, create net new opportunities and influence current pipeline

In your first 3 months you will:

  • Understand the Productsup platform and familiarise yourself with the e-commerce/marketing, technology, SaaS environment
  • Be an expert on Productsup solutions, conduct discovery calls, customise demos and presentations to prospective customers. Attempt new sales methods through fearlessness and willingness to take risks.
  • Collaborate well with your sales peers and marketing team to proactively share and identify best practices

In your first 6 months and beyond you will:

  • Move and own prospects through the sales cycle, in alignment with supporting departments (e.g. BDR, Pre-Sales, Integration) and close initial deals
  • Understand total pipeline size, top opportunities, opportunity stage management, coverage factor, historical close rate, rate of retention and upsell potential.
  • Consistently take quantitative and strategic approaches in territory planning
  • Own the revenue target attached to the territory and lead all pipeline and forecasting activities
  • Manage relationships with key Business Partners active on the territory

What you bring to the team

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in new business sales with a successful proven track record of closing enterprise deals and generating high ARR growth
  • 2+ years selling SaaS and Cloud solutions in the e-commerce, performance marketing, or online advertising space
  • Ability to tailor conversations on-the-fly to meet the specific needs of potential customers, and at all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in value-based selling to C-level executives in complex selling environments
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, solution centric with a consultative sales approach
  • Analytical background with the ability to turn numbers into action plans
  • Fluency in English and one additional regionally relevant language (Dutch or a Nordic language)
