WHO ARE WE - YOUR FUTURE TEAM?

The Planning Team is responsible for forecasting demand and managing the organization of our guided tours and rentals in France, focusing first of all on the region of Ile de France.

We re obsessed with customer experience, process improvement and finding solutions. We work very closely with all the different locations and work as a global team, helping and supporting each other across the different locations.

We need friendly, customer experience focused people who are organizational nerds and love tourism and biking.

We are all willing to help out on the field when necessary, no matter our position in the company.

Tasks

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, bicycle lover, Planner to support our growing business.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a creative problem solver, a master of inventory, and, of course, hard-working and fun.

This role will help us plan and forecast to ensure we have the right service for our customers needs.

The right candidate will enjoy learning about our unique and growing business and proactively tackling any challenges of scaling new business initiatives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

KEY DUTIES

Demand forecast: Collaborate with Tour Operators and Guides to forecast and plan tours and rental bookings, months in advance.

Resource management: Plan and maintain the appropriate number of guides available to ensure that all our tours are operational.

Customer experience: Contribute to our customer experience by being proactive and efficient in anticipating and solving issues that may occur.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Interested in the tourism Industry & aware of the work specifics linked to hours and working days.

• Expert in solving issues
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator across internal teams and external teams, not afraid to push back and follow up on projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to understand business trends and provide forward-thinking insight.
• Proactive thinker with a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit

This position is full-time, 35 hours a week. We work on the weekends and take days off during the week. The job is hybrid, we work at home, at the office, at our different locations, depending on the days. We are quite flexible.
