Your reponsibilities

You will be responsible for delivery performance and material availability for the business EMEA with the objective to ensure reliable operations in supply chain and secure customer satisfaction.

• Operational responsibility for effective inbound and outbound logistics for business lines in scope
• Operational execution and handling of purchase requisitions, order management and monitoring as well as warehouse interface handling
• Definition of required inventory levels for item portfolio in scope of responsibility in close alignment with Demand & Supply Planners as well as Product Managers
• Ensure close and continuous communication and interface to global and regional suppliers, factories as well as regional warehouses
• Point of contact for delivery and logistics topics and issues for relevant stakeholders, including Sales Support, Product Management and Sales
• Responsibility for operational performance monitoring and troubleshooting, incl. open order and bottle neck management

Your qualification

• University degree in STEM field or economics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis or related field
• Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred
• Experience in project work
• Knowledge of lean methods (e.g. KAIZEN) is preferable
• Knowledge of planning software (e.g. SAP IBP or any other software) as a surplus
• Knowledge of ERP systems, confident handling of MS Office programs
• Possess strong self-reliance, initiative, and communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English
