Intern Business Development France (m/f/x) - Berlin

Your Tasks

• You participate in the analysis of the customer journey data and propose the implementation of improved processes
• You contribute to the implementation of new processes, aiming to improve patient satisfaction
• You support the Customer Service team by taking over from them with patients at the end of their treatment, in order to propose additional products that meet their needs
• You contact customers by phone and email to manage recovery cases and direct them to the right channel in case of escalation
• From time to time, you will contribute to the extension of the network of partner dental practices in France

Your Skills

• You are a graduate of a business school and/or have experience in the field of business development
• You are curious, sociable and flexible, an internship with multiple missions stimulates you
• You are willing and able to learn new skills quickly
• Your level of French and English is fluent
• You master the tools of the DRIVE suite and are at ease with IT
