As an HR Administrator, you will have a key role within the HR Team. Together with your colleague in HR department, you will provide support in different HR processes & projects.
Tasks
Main tasks
- Active participation in the preparation of payroll
- Administrative onboarding of new employees, drafting employment contracts, policies, creation of access badges, ordering cars, phones, laptops, etc.
- Management and follow-up of short-term and long-term employees absences and industrial accidents
- Management and registration of training courses
- Contact point for employees with questions in various languages (FR, EN & NL)
- Supporting the HR Department in ad-hoc activities
- Reporting
- Managing contacts with interim offices
- Checking invoices
- Placing orders for HR
- Participating in various projects
Requirements
Profile
- You have an education in administration, HR and/or already an experience in HR
- Knowledge of Belgian social legislation is a big plus
- You are structured, orderly, and accurate
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
- You have an advanced level of MS Office and Outlook
