Your mission

  • Respond to customers on the phone, redirect calls and provide guidance for the next steps
  • Respond or re-assign the tracking tickets in the service platform.
  • Formatting commissioning and expertise reports, sending them to customers and archiving them
  • Tracking of missing project documentation from the customer side
  • Tracking of service partner invoices and related documentation
  • Implementing the invoice and rest of the documentation in the payment system
  • Coordinate with other service divisions the need of quotation/invoices for customer
  • Coordinating and tracking dispatches of material with other service divisions.

Your profile

  • Organized person with recision and patience to provide back office and basic administrative support for service tickets, project document and level 0-1 of technical support
  • Technical background with desire to continue developing technical ability
  • English level C1 and above
