Tasks

• Build outstanding digital design solutions for product backlog using various methodologies of user journeys, interactive flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design the product information architecture and establish dependent hierarchies and user flow of understanding
• Contribute to the creation of design systems and UI components with the engineering team and maintain design consistency
• Perform user research and explore new areas of enhancements for the customer to build empathy
• Initiating design testing to collect user feedback and validate design solutions
• Collect the customer voice from internal and external touchpoints, such as customer care, social media, etc., and define pain points
• Strongly collaborate hand-in-hand with product managers to improve business requirements and drive design vision and strategy within the product backlog
• Work closely with the engineering team and provide the required flexibility of design solutions across products and define new design alternatives to dilute blockers
• Collaborate with peers in other design teams and contribute to company communication
• Ensure the quality of implementation and advise for enhancements
• Influence design maturity and identify best practices for user experience within the company
• Staying up to date with new technologies and market trends

Requirements

• Studies or relevant experience in design (graphic/interaction/product design)
• Deep understanding of design principles like layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchies, and typography
• Experience with Figma or any UX/UI design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch etc
• Familiar with agile principles
• Great communication skills in English (German is a nice to have)
• High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your work and contribute to the team
• A positive and open-minded attitude
