Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:
- Handling inbound calls and emails regarding the software programs
- Understand problems of clients and help them out in the best way possible
- Explaining the steps to customers and answering any questions
- Pro-active approach towards problems posed by clients
- Communication between different departments
Requirements
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You are fluent in Dutch, French & English (at least C1)
- You preferably already live in Spain with the necessary documents (NIE/SSN)
- You are tech-savvy or interested in IT & Software (experience is a plus)
- You are service minded with the ability to handle conflicts/problems in a constructive manner
