For AutoScout24: IT Administrator (div/f/m) focus on Mac OS

An exciting and challenging environment as IT System Administrator (div/f/m) with focus on Mac OS in varied and interesting projects in D sseldorf.

As a system administrator, you are the central point for a reliable, efficient and secure working environment at LeasingMarkt.de. You are responsible for the support of our network and communication systems, as well as the provision of Apple workstations based on Mac OS and mobile devices based on iOS.

YOUR TASKS

• You implement and monitor their network, communication & security systems (SSO, e.g. Okta or Microsoft Azure AD) and are responsible for their network incl. the WLAN
• You support the definition, further development and implementation of security standards and device management (e.g. Jamf-Now)
• You support the video conferencing (Zoom) and telephony solutions (Inopla)
• You further develop their network and take care of troubleshooting & error correction
• You support the employees with IT support requests
• You are mainly responsible for the technical procurement & the setup of workstations (hardware and permissions) for employees and external users
• You are the interface to external service providers and their partner, one of Europe's leading companies in e-commerce
• Participation in the administration of development-related tools

YOUR BACKROUND

You have a degree in IT or a professional training in the field of computer science (e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT specialist system administration (m/f/d))

• You have already gained several years of professional experience with a comparable task with Apple products in the Mac OS and iOS environment.
• You are familiar with network technology (router, VPN, WLAN)
• You have experience in the administration and integration of SSO systems (ideally Okta or Microsoft Azure AD)
• You have experience and knowledge in the administration of Mac OS computers in an enterprise environment
• You have a good command of German & English, both written and spoken
• You have good problem solving skills and you are able to work in a clearly structured, organized and independent manner
