Recruitment Manager - Management Business Unit (German Speaker)

Use this knowledge and portfolio you have built over the years to drive a business unit on your own?Our client, a start-up of approx 20 people currently specializing in permanent recruitment, is looking for a self-starter experienced recruitment consultant to develop a new Business Unit focus on the geographical DACH Market.

Tasks

You will be expected to develop the DACH Management business of the company from scratch. You will bring local management recruitment knowledge to the company.

Requirements

Step by Step with the development of the clients portfolio you will set up, build and lead a team or Recruitment Consultants.The company will bring the structure needed around for you to focus on the development of the new business unit, the recruitment delivery, and your team.

Benefits
