Tasks
The following tasks await you in this varied and diverse position:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and generate business insights for the European market and growth opportunities.
- Elaborate strategic metrics to monitor and improve the sales and marketing performances.
- Take on sales and marketing responsibilities and support our operations to efficiently deliver the best customer experience.
- Design and execute prospective marketing campaigns that drive user engagement.
- Improve the internal reporting and provide insights for data-driven decision making.
- Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value to our core value proposition to increase sales and company revenue.
Requirements
You take on a responsible position:
- You are finishing your studies or recently finished and are available for a 3-6 month trainee program, with the aim of entering a potential full-time position.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, well-organized and have both a creative and data-driven mind and ideally have B2B SaaS Startup experience.
- You are fascinated by finding solutions between business, products and technology by providing efficient and innovative A.I. solutions.
- Familiarity with content generation, digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hubspot).
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating verbally and in written form.
- Fluency in English required. German is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a great willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
