Skincare Aesthetician W/ Fluent Level Of English

Our client is looking for a driven, curious, and well-experienced educator (with qualifications and experience as a skin therapist or aesthetician) willing to travel and with a strong passion for skincare and high-quality products. As a qualified skin therapist it is important that you have experience in retailing and prescribing skincare products as well as recommending professional treatment plans.

As part of the International Education department, your mission will be to provide other skin specialists with advanced training and workshops about skin resurfacing in order to spread the knowledge and deliver the best possible results to the clients. You will be an educator at the academy in Barcelona and at times visit distributors all over the world and present to them the products and the treatments offered by the company. Tasks

• You will work together with the Head of the academy for the organization & coordination of all product training.
• Everyday workshops at the academy in Barcelona.
• Travelling to various international markets from time to time.
• Execute technical training on products, ingredients as well as practical hands-on treatments.
• Develop new training material and powerpoints for specific workshops.
• Show your educators skills and share ideas for improvement.

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced skin therapist.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• Strong sales skills.
• Passion for professional skincare.
• Organised, attention to detail, friendliness, proactive attitude and approachability.
• Ability to build caring relationships with clients.
• Strong work ethic and team spirit.
• Well-groomed at all times and prepared to wear company uniform or dress code.
• At least 3 years of experience
• Ability to travel when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
