YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for a smooth flow of the operational day-to-day business (execution of orders, contact with 3PL provider, keeping track of KPI s, updating product master data).
• You ensure an on-time delivery to our warehouse and B2B customers by our suppliers through our order and stock management tools.
• You monitor and review all processes in order management and are always looking for optimization.
• You communicate with our external stakeholders such as our 3PL, Amazon (FBA) and suppliers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration - or other relevant work experience in SCM, Logistics or Purchasing.
• You are highly proficient in spoken and written German and English.
• You are familiar with an ERP system. Xentral is a plus.
• You are familiar with Seller Central .
• You have a very good knowledge of Excel / Google SpreadSheet and are therefore a professional for ad-hoc analyses.
• You have a strong learning capabilities, and willingness to support our SCM team at each step.
• When coordinating a wide range of processes, you always manage to keep the big picture in mind, while never losing sight of the details.
• Thanks to your high quality standards, you immediately notice errors and proactively communicate with the internal stakeholders.
• You face challenges in a solution-oriented manner and even under time pressure you always manage to keep a cool head.
