Head of Ecommerce Brand Management (m/f/x)

We are Copean, the Munich based Ecommerce and Amazon agency doing things a bit differently. We look at our clients holistically and partner with them on how Amazon fits their overall vision and strategy. In a customer-centric and data-based manner, our team interacts with a wide range of global clients. As an international agency & consulting company, we are looking for an analytical & driven Head of Ecommerce Brand Management to come join us achieving tremendous success for our clients.

Tasks

• You manage & develop a team of Brand Managers and will hire to grow the team.
• You oversee all brand management activities, advise brands strategically to bring their Amazon & Ecom business to the next level.
• You develop and implement go-to-market strategies for international expansions.
• You own and develop the way how we operate with our clients to drive their revenue and profitability.
• You develop existing client relationships and create new client opportunities.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional working experience in Ecommerce, have a strong analytical sense & great business acumen.
• You have worked for Amazon (Retail/Marketplace) and/or on a brand s Amazon account.
• You are excited about working in a start-up environment where things move and grow very rapidly.
• You are a driven self-starter and always take great ownership within your area of responsibility.
• You are client-focused, great at relationship management, and have the ability to solve problems.
• You are a team player and have first team management experience.
• You are a hands-on person, reliable & determined.
• You know your way with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have great communication skills in English - German and other languages are a plus.
