Technical Recruiter (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Establishment of central recruiting processes to reduce the workload of the specialist departments
• Rapid scaling of our product team (software engineering and product management)
• Active search for suitable candidates based on requirements from the business unit
• Creation and placement of job advertisements via various recruiting channels
• Screening, coordination and execution of telephone interviews and job interviews

Requirements

• Practical work experience in IT recruiting: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers etc.
• General understanding of web development technologies
• Experience in active search for software engineers (Github, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good knowledge of using common recruiting channels such as LinkedIn and aggregators such as Join
• Completed studies, training or natural talent
• Good written and spoken English
