Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Are you an Agile pro ready to shape the future of data and automation? We are expanding our Product team and currently looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to be based at our Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart office.

We use methods and technologies from the fields of data analytics, deep learning, process mining, and business intelligence to turn customer data into efficient, fast, and value-added processes. No project takes place without considering the business case. Tasks

• You support agile product teams and enable them to work in a self-organized, autonomous and iterative way
• You implement agile methods and take responsibility for their application and optimization
• You maintain transparency within teams and ensure continuous, demonstrable performance improvement
• You communicate with developers, product owners, stakeholders, and stakeholders' representatives
• You drive agile values across the organization and foster scaling from team to department level
• You are the key enabler of agile transformation in that you adopt agile principles & methodologies in a sustainable way

Requirements

• You bring in-depth knowledge, several years of practical experience and proven success in agile methods (such as Scrum, Kanban and Lean)
• To you theory is just means to an end, you focus on execution and delivery
• You are empathetic, able to resolve conflicts, and have strong improvisational skills, organizational talent, a high degree of independence, a lot of commitment and networking competency
• You are able to inspire people and take them on a journey with you
• You have an analytical & pragmatic approach
• You have transformation experience
• You are a strong communicator and have good written and spoken German and English skills
• Optional: You have experience with scaling approaches (like Scrum of Scrums, LeSS, SAFe)
