You will help us to establish the sales team and sales activities in the energy market to create market value for our potential customers in a dedicated venture.

Tasks

You excel at finding new clients and market our services and products.

You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

You actively reach out to potential clients in the utility industry and maintain healthy relationships with them.

You build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Negotiating contracts and closing agreements are your highlights to maximize profits.

You develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

You ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

You find it easy to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

You develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

You track and forecast key account metrics like quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

You assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations when needed.

Because you re always in touch with partners and customers, you channel customer feedback to our product team, helping them to adapt to customer needs.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role.

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Entrepreneurial spirit & Customer First mindset.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Excellent network in the energy sector.

Always find the connection to the fact that this is critical work in solving humanity s greatest challenge ever.

You quickly grasp technical requirements and setups and you re able to communicate them in a sales / commercial context.

Strong verbal + written communication skills in German and English (C2)
