As an Azure Cloud Engineer you will be part of an international team of cloud experts. The team builds and operates - together with our customer cloud workloads and platforms with global scale for enterprise customers.

Tasks

You will work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions, collaborating with other teams, providing technical know-how and helping to shape the client's cloud platform services.

Requirements

Day to Day:

• Participating in the incident/problem/change management processes.
• Maintaining application documentation.
• Review and ensure code quality.
• Create automated reusable solutions.
• Define, develop and execute automated tests and QA and testing procedures.

Tools:

• Strong experience with Azure.
• Solid understanding across cloud technologies, infrastructure and platforms.
• A significant background with Linux Operating Systems and Linux Sysadmin knowledge.
• Experience in Containerisation technology with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud orchestration and deployment technologies (e.g. Cloud Formation, OpenStack Heat, Terraform).
• Configuration Management Technologies (e.g. Ansible, Salt, Puppet).
• CI/CD tools and components (eg. Bamboo, Jenkins, Github/Gitlab.
