With our business growth, we are looking for aCustomer Success Representative (Non-Voice)to join a brand new team handling email, live chat, and social media channels, ensuring they are answered and customers requests resolved in a timely and professional manner
This is a work-from-home role open to qualified applicants in the following areas: Oriental Mindoro (Calapan preferred)
About the Role
- Guest Support Enquiries including providing more information:
- about screening processes
- assisting those who need help with navigating the application
- other enquiries
- Role may require other tasks to be completed during low volume times
- The role will require a mix of Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts. Candidates unable to commit to Overnight Shift requirements will not be considered
Requirements
- Previous experience in a position as a Hotel Reservations Clerk, Operations Personnel or experience in the BPO industry.
- High attention to detail, positive attitude and be a self-starter
- Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken;
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications;
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines; and
- Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of high volume correspondence and administration.
