Job Description
-Handle Part-time recruitment to fulfil for restaurants outlets and events such as (e.g: wedding/ govt/ private etc).
-Conduct pre-screening of applicants and access their suitability according to their experience/ expertise and match with our restaurants team and any events.
-Manage the posting of job vacancies and the recruitment of part-time employees through channels such as online platforms (e.g. social media, messaging platforms, etc), recruitment fairs, career portals, etc.
-Engage with existing part timers to build part-time workforce
-Onboard part-timers and ensure personal information are well documented into the payroll system for payment
-Archive required KPI s and with a uncap commission structure
Requirements
-Min. Diploma in Human Resource or related field
-At least 2 years of experience in handing recruitment
-Well-spoken in English & presentable required for English speaking peoples
-Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently and in a team
Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6pm
