Job Description:
The Recruitment Partner will specialize in end-to-end recruitment. This role will be expected to work with stakeholders to understand all requirements in order to be able to provide them with the best candidate fit for the role. Management of candidate would include performing initial stages of recruitment, management of all interviews, and job offer. An adept recruiter with exceptional recruitment skills for hard to find roles, proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is what the ideal candidate looks like.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years recruitment experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience in the BPO/Offshoring industry, dealing with AU and US clients is a huge advantage but not required
- Experience in permanent-placement recruitment, with an understanding and keen interest in an offshore industry
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Can represent the company with utmost professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates
- Outstanding candidate and process management experience
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver results within agreed time-frames
- Driven and possesses positive mindset, an entrepreneur who is capable in solving problems and work under pressure
- Great sense of ownership of the recruitment process and the department
- Outstanding conversational, written and spoken English skills
- A doer not a designator
- A team player and collaborative to work in a global team environment
- Experienced in using social media platforms to attract candidates
