Co-Founder / Co-Managing Director

happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand for clean, vegan and eco-friendly cosmetic products. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.

Tasks

As Co-Founder / Co-MD (m/f/x) you will manage an early-stage direct-to-consumer brand.

You will:

• Plan & execute the business strategy according to our successful playbook
• Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
• Manage operations and our supply chain
• Oversee the product development
• Drive our social media and influencer strategy
• Work closely together with our C-Level and investors

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
• Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university
• Proven leadership skills
• Hands-on and results-oriented approach
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Fluency in English and German
• Availabililty to start within the next 3 months
