Tasks

• Take over responsibility for delivering the best IT contractors from a leading database and network
• Compete, challenge and lead the market for contracting placements
• Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
• Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to be a delivery consultant

Requirements

• 1+ years or more in recruitment specializing in IT in Switzerland
• Communicative, outgoing and passionate about recruitment
• Solid sourcing skills to deliver high-quality candidates and results
• A genuine service attitude coupled with a sense of urgency and tenacity
• English and German fluency
