Our next big steps are automation of the patient-physician matching process and the equipment and operation of the data science platform.

Your mission
You take responsibility in changing the way healthcare works in Europe and beyond. With your work you help 1 Mio people in 2028 to get the best possible treatment at the right doctors or clinics. For achieving this you leverage technology for our employees and customers, so they apply their expertise more effectively and efficiently.
- Enable Data Analysts and Data Scientists to efficiently leverage our data for their work
- Bring together structured and unstructured data from various sources (e.g. Pipedrive, Ad-networks, analytics tools, transactional systems, logs or special datasources) into dedicated places in our cloud infrastructure, so we can easily leverage it for our needs
- Design, implement and operate standards and platforms that are best fit for BetterDoc
- Enforce quality by establishing strict criteria and practices for ingestion of data
- Work closely with product teams and enable decentralised processing and use of data
- Evolve our data technology stack from mainly Postgres RDS and to a modern performant data infrastructure
- Ensure secure and compliant operation in collaboration with our architects and devops engineers
- In collaboration with our data analytics team operate a BI Tool for stakeholders so they get the latest insights on their KPIs and are alerted on unusual deviations
- In collaboration with our DevOps engineer you monitor and improve the operations of our transactional databases, e.g. data migration, performance tuning
Your profile
- Bachelor s degree in business informatics or natural science or similar qualification
- Hands on experience managing data workflows and transformations based on Airflow, DBT, Astronomer or similar
- Experience maintaining and operating relational databases like Postgres and OLAP solutions like Snowflake or similar
- Expert knowledge of SQL
- Good understanding of BI Solutions and Web Analytics tools
- Experience in leveraging events from transactional systems through queues and streams
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools like Fivetran or AWS DMS
- Object oriented python programming is a strong plus
- Expert knowledge in the areas of data modelling and data processes
- Experienced using infrastructure as code approaches like terraform
