Aufgaben

Advising all departments in the EMEA region on all company related issues regarding distribution law and be the subject matter expert.

Monitoring and maintaining all sales and distribution channels, keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes.

Supervising the drafting, reviewing and negotiating all sales contracts.

Preparing and delivering high-quality and timely legal advice to internal business partners and senior management.

Developing and maintaining current knowledge of regulatory developments to ensure compliance for all commercial teams.

Ihr Profil

Hold an EU/UK law degree and have at least five years of relevant previous law firm or in-house experience in an international setting where you covered a wide range of responsibilities within the field of distribution, competition und antitrust law.

A native English speaker or an excellent command of the English language. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced intercultural and international environment, while providing goal-oriented solutions and maintaining a high-quality work product.

Ability to manage deliverables with time-sensitive deadlines.

Curious and open to learn about new areas of law beyond current expertise.
