E-mail Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for:

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies which is located in Stuttgart and provides an online platform where customers can connect with manufacturers in the metal industry. They combine many years of experience in metalworking with cutting-edge information technology. Their digital platform enables metalworking businesses and their customers to save costs, streamline processes, and gain a new level of efficiency and productivity.

What will keep you challenged?

• Being responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of triggered emails, data driven drip campaigns and stand-alone newsletters
• Supporting the Sales Team to set up lead nurturing automations aiming to increase the customer conversion rate through the sales funnel, decrease manual effort and save valuable sales resources
• Freely composing email templates
• Being responsible for smart customer segmentation, relevant customer touchpoint identification along the user journey and the creation of distribution lists
• Improving email performance by developing informative dashboards, A/B tests and KPI sets for monitoring and performance improvement
• Terms as CVL, CTR, OR, CR and CVR are familiar to you

Which traits contribute to your success?

• 2+ years of experience in the area of Customer Retention, ideally in a start-up environment as well as B2B area
• A track record for strong email campaigns (incl. copywriting)
• Technical prowess for marketing automation technology (Hubspot, Salesloft) is a plus
• Sharp growth hacking and analytical skills as well as strong project management skills
• Hands-on mentality with an affinity to working in multicultural teams
• Fluency in German as well as good communication skills in English

Please note that we are looking for support in the Stuttgart office of our portfolio company. Working remotely is also possible. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
