Field Application Engineer

Your responsibilities

We are expanding our Sales Team! We seek to hire a communicative and highly motivated Field Application Engineer (M/F/D) to provide technical support to our customers. This role represents the bridge between the CELUS Engineering Platform and its users. It combines electronics expertise like the usage of EDA tools with knowledge of sales techniques and a passion for communication. To support the sales process, you will need to accurately and persuasively deliver the value of the CELUS Engineering Platform.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working closely with customers to maximise our solution value by addressing their requirements
• Collaborate on creating compelling demos of the capabilities of our software
• Acting as a technical expert for our product and their application throughout the entire customer life cycle (sales, implementation, adoption, proficiency, expansion)
• Provide guidance and feedback to sales and product management within our organization
• Support the marketing team with technical content creation - blogs, webinars, whitepapers etc.

Your profile

• Graduate in Electronics engineering or equivalent, no previous experience required
• Experience in hardware engineering processes and with CAD tools for electronics engineering (e.g. OrCAD, Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics PADS)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• A passion for engaging with customers for doing demos, technical workshops, seminars, presentations
• Agile-mindset, good improviser and solution driven way of thinking
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• German language is a plus
