(Senior) RPA Developer / Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Design, develop, and test solutions to automate complex processes, activities, and tasks using UiPath
• Participating in quality assurance activities of deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal standards, methodologies and procedures, support for other colleagues, as well as proposing measures to improve development activities
• Supporting business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
• Partnering with business customers and analysts to evaluate business process automation opportunities
• Embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methods to improve software quality
• Coaching and advising others on Quality & Automation best practices, procedures, and technologies

Requirements

MUST HAVES

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, VB, Java, or Python preferred)
• Significant experience with the UiPath application-suite
• Broad experience using and scaling several automation solutions and automation platforms
• Highly experienced in automation solution design, applying and combining several automation tools, platforms, and solutions
• Good understanding of the methodologies and processes of (agile) software development
• Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong communicator, driven and committed
• German and English both required language skills (min. C1)

NICE TO HAVES

• Any previous experience in Test Automation, ETL tools, AI, ML, etc. is considered a plus
• Experience with repositories (GIT, TFS, etc.)
