Business Analyst (m/f/x)

No project takes place without considering the business case. At KI performance we are not only looking for pure techies but above all for communicative and creative individuals acting as interfaces between IT and business.

Tasks

• You take on the requirements and processes together with the departments on the customer side
• Based on the requirements you identify, analyze, document exisiting flows and control future processes to be automated
• You are responsible for carrying out feasibility analyses, evaluating and prioritizing processes
• Together with the team you know how to select the right technologies based on business needs (low code, no code, advanced processing)
• Every stakeholder (internal, external) is always up to date on the most current status in the project, because you act as the comminication hub
• You drive the process during all stages: development, ramp-up and deployment
• As a master of efficiency you create value by optimizing existing process steps
• Together with our customers you ensure that we constantly add new optimizations and processes to the funnel
• And in order to make value last even after you have finished the project you take care for detailed documentation of the analysis results in the actual process and creation of the solution design

Requirements

• Are an excellent communicator (German and English min. C1 level)
• Know how to master difficult situations based on various conflict management skills
• Have an analytical mindset, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and proven expertise in agile project management
• Possess very good knowledge in the field of process modeling and a basic understanding of RPA (UiPath)
• Bring with you hands-on experience in Lean management, Six Sigma and DevOps methodology
