You bring a deep understanding of the Southern European market. You are full of enthusiasm when it comes to building up a new territory in a fast-growing scale-up? Then you should read on!

Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for building, managing and coaching a successful Sales team in the South European markets including France, Spain, Italy and Portugal
  • Set KPIs and report to HQ with weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Ensure that clients receive the highest level of work quality throughout the entire sales process
  • You bring the ability to manage and scale a successful sales team, working as part of a rapidly expanding technology business
  • Build brand awareness in the Southern European region

Your Profile

  • You bring several years of sales management experience, ideally in a fast paced or scaling environment
  • A great understanding of B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a scaling environment rounds up your profile
  • You would describe yourself as a trusted coach with great people- and leadership skills
  • You have the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are passionate about achieving business results and key metrics, sense of accountability and ownership
  • French and English at Native/Professional level proficiency (+ Spanish or Italian language skills would be a nice to have)
