Tasks

After getting an introduction to the topic of Supply Chain at GAUDER...

• You will collaborate closely with our Head of Supply Chain on optimizing our flow of goods resulting in efficient use of our resources.
• You will be responsible for the expansion of our product portfolio by successfully sourcing products on a global scale.
• You enjoy hands-on testing of product samples using state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the highest product quality.
• You will be in charge of developing our product portfolio by managing the expansion of our categories.
• You will ensure smooth processes with our logistics partners together with your colleagues.

Requirements

• You have a degree in business or engineering.
• You bring experience from supply chain management, product sourcing or product development.
• Numbers and data are the basis of your decision-making process, with your advanced Microsoft Excel skills you can analyze and understand data.
• You can come up with viable solutions, even if something seems impossible at first.
• You enjoy automating and standardizing recurring processes.
• You have an excellent command of German (C2) and written and spoken English (min. C1). Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
