To join our Product Development Team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

At BetterDoc, we have developed and now enhance a system to support the assignment of patients to physicians who can best treat them - depending on the patient's condition, we find the best doctor to treat him or her. Our next big steps are automation of the patient-physician matching process and the equipment and operation of the data science platform, so we can serve 1 million customers in 2029.

Your mission

• Ensure viability and support desirability and feasibility of our product

• Choose the right opportunities for frequent experimentation and deliberate implementation

• Enhance and refine product metrics on our business and manage their life-cycle

• Work closely with data analytics colleagues and always have the latest on deviations, impact and trends

• Work hands on, but gradually move towards effecting change by enabling your peers and the domain experts with guidance and direction, so you can grow

• Collaborate with our product operations and contribute by inspiring and driving adoption of effective practises

• Be a key driver of the product roadmap for your areas of responsibility

• Inspire and help expressing the long term vision, our big hairy audacious goal

• Closely collaborate with designers and strengthen our empathy for all personas

  • Gradually take charge in building a the product organization by hiring, managing and growing people for your team
  • Become an expert in healthcare
  • Enhance your comfort zone of skills towards data, user research, engineering or design

• Initially reporting directly to the CPTO

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in product management focusing on setting product direction with product managers across multiple teams and business units.

• Experience effectively working cross-functionally with different teams and business units (eg: Product Management, QA, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, Business Development).
• Experience in driving the elements of the product development lifecycle such as discovery product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements engineering, and product launch.
• Proficient use of BI or Analytics tools
• Ability to present complex matters in simple term
• Passion to engage and communicate with domain experts and customers
• Experience in software development, the possibilities of technology and deep understanding of the needs of engineers you've worked with previously
• Definition of data based, smart product services is a strong plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry in Germany is a strong plus
• People management skills enable your path to becoming a Director
