Job Description

Luxembourg (Hybrid), Full-time

Tasks

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including support of the annual audits
  • Participation in the consolidated financial statements of the parent holding company
  • Monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany payment flows
  • Managing Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
  • Execution of account reconciliations
  • Account assignment and posting of bank and invoice documents as well as ensuring a proper invoicing process
  • Preparation of the relevant tax reports in coordination with the tax advisor
  • Internal reporting
  • Ad-hoc Project-related tasks

Requirements

  • A qualification in business administration or a commercial vocational qualification with an accounting/tax focus.
  • Initial experience in a financial accounting role
  • Knowledge of the financial sector is an advantage
  • MS-Office skills incl. Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
