Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid / on-site)

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator. The company has a dynamic atmosphere and a motivated Salesforce team where personal growth is important. As a specialist, you keep the Salesforce environment on the right path and can give training and advice to users when needed.

Tasks

• Along with stakeholders, you will define the demands and configuration possibilities of the Salesforce platform driven by the business s needs
• Through analytics, you make sure the best possible system configuration is set
• Being communicatively busy by giving advice to users when it comes to using the Salesforce system
• You will be responsible to solve incidents and problems, following these up and communicating back to the users

Requirements

• >1 Year experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Knowledge of the Sales & Service cloud is mandatory, any other clouds are an advantage
• In the possession of Salesforce certificates, or willing to get these in the short term
• You are fluent in writing and speaking English
• You are eager to find solutions to problems and are good in communication
