Your Tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for our equity and debt fundraising efforts
• Selection of and interface with fundraise advisors and/or investment banks
• Preparation of fundraise materials including business plan, and company and KPI presentations
• Organization of investor roadshow and presentation to prospect investors
• Investor selection and deal negotiation
• Organization of due diligence and deal documentation
• Collaboration with CLARK management and supervisory board

Your profile

• University degree in business or comparable studies
• Several years of professional experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance or private equity firm ideally with fundraising experience
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience with creating pitch decks and business plans
• Excellent presentation skills and a charismatic personality enabling you to communicate on point even in public appearances
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in managing complex projects
