Bow & Arrow is a team of venture builders. We create digital products, services and ventures for game-changing businesses, including BMW MINI, Google, British Airways, Airbnb, John Lewis, The Wall Street Journal and Amex. Bow & Arrow is on a growth journey, from a boutique venture agency to a scaled business driving new ventures across Europe and ultimately beyond. We are setting up a European team, around our new venture hub in Berlin and we are looking for passionate & proactive creatives to join our team for a 6-12 weeks paid internship.

Tasks

This is a hands-on opportunity to create compelling and game-changing design solutions. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of briefs and projects, from user experience to visual identity, digital design and data visualisation. Bow & Arrow is a great place for creatives who have an eye for design, but also want to be involved in the process from idea to implementation.

Requirements

You must have a right to work in Germany and be able to work from our Berlin office.

• Presentation design and story-telling skills, ideally experience in Google Slides
• Digital design skills with experience or understanding of Figma
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Flexible attitude and drive to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, growth mindset always looking to learn and develop as a creative
• Interest in user experience and user centered design

You must have a right to work in Germany and be able to work from our Berlin s office.

Unfortunately, we are only looking for graduates and we can't accept applicants that are still in full-time education.
