My INNER HEALTH Club is a digital wellbeing studio for individuals. We offer guided programs based on holistic principles. Our goal is to make people feel better by giving them the knowledge to evaluate their individual wellbeing, as well as the tools to improve it. Therefore we provide a digital path to highly regenerative programs composed by leading scientists and practitioners. What we do is a synthesis of traditions and technologies, combining tried-and-tested methods with ancient rituals. Our approach is self-integrative, intended to lift the mind and body to a regenerative state of being. By imparting wisdom that you can immediately put into practice, we aim to guide users past their perceived potential.

Tasks

Your Playground

• As a Sr. Marketing manager, you organise and promote the Marketing pipeline in the company. Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end from Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR and general marketing campaigns and activities.
• You identify and work on product-led growth metrics. To create and improve work processes between the Creative team and other departments to ensure successful collaboration.
• You actively indulge in organising and conducting market research, also identifying unique and innovative marketing strategies.
• You evaluate and define the positioning of the products and refine campaigns for features and products.
• Orchestrate the use of relevant latest marketing/traction tools and techniques (SEM, SEO, email, affiliates, referrals etc. to adjust and improve KPIs set by you for the teams.
• Co-develop our brand guidelines to further work on brand partnerships

Requirements

What you ll bring

• 4+ years experience as a marketing manager having a creative but also business-driven mindset
• Experience leading marketing initiatives and driving alignment with cross-functional teams and leaders
• You have a proven track record of exponentially growing the customer base for a Startup
• You have an analytical (data-lead) structured approach
• You have experience in managing paid digital ad campaigns across different channels
• You re extremely competent with Google Marketing Suite, and have a great command of Ads Managers on key social media platforms (eg. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube + Twitter)
• You are result driven, hungry for a challenge and ready to hit the ground running
• Ideally, you have Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (in both German and English)
• You are eager to take responsibility and work with great colleagues and lead upfront
• You are the kind of person who lifts everyone around them with their know-how and solution-oriented attitude. Ultimately, someone who thrives within a startup atmosphere
• Excellent skills in writing (English native-level) and an editor s eye with the ability to craft engaging yet concise content.
• Startup-mentality that acts flexible with the ability to work across multiple cultures and support digital needs.
